I am on different news letter lists
and get all sorts of stuff almost daily. A lot of them seem to say the same thing. Sign up now. Get in now. Tommorrow will be too late. Only 5 postions left. Yada,yada,yada and the list goes on. Don't get me wrong, there are some real good programs out there, and some great news letters, but there are lots that (in my opinion) are not worth a plug nickle.

This is the reason why I have started this website. It's is to build a list of affiliate programs that not only I am involved in, but others also in which we are actually making money. Through all the hype and type I get I am also going to TRY to list programs that I feel will make REAL money and will someday be worth ones time and effort. These will be programs that one can get involved in, hopefully make a bit of money, maybe build a downline, have a bit of residual income in years to come and most of all, do it like nature does. The simplest and easiest way possible.

You Can Make $30,000+ per month.
Sound familiar?? It doesn't matter where you go on the net these days there are litterly TONS of money making opportunities out there. My question is WHO is making this $30,000 per mth. I know it's not me. Is it you? If it is neither of us, then WHO?. So the issue at hand here is WHAT PAYS and what DOES NOT pay. Whether it be affiliate links, mlm programs, biz-ops etc.

Here is a case in point:
I used to own a realty type website that had both a great page and Alexa rank. The site had all the info one could ask for all the way from buying and selling a home, to home inspection, building your own, doing reno work and the list goes on and on. I would get litterly hundreds of unique hits per day and would chase this traffic (as the gurus would have you do) to various suppliers and vendors. In the end one would get a few clicks and maybe a sale or two.

What I learned from all this was that on the surface what I thought that I was pre-selling were real hot, wanted items, only to find out that this was not the case. As an example, one would have thought that credit cards would be a hot seller. Not so. But I did find out that credit reports were huge. Not only in clicks but in sales. To me it showed that most folks are cashed out and have little to no credit left. So by promoting credit cards and other big ticket items on my site was just a big waste of time. (This is not to say that there is no money to be made selling credit cards, but to the cliental that came to my site, it was the wrong item.

The moral of this little story is this: It is so very easy to get swayed by a bit of emotion, a flashy website, a feel good idea and some smooth talk, open ones wallet, pay big $$ and get signed up to sell things of little or no value, or down right impossible to sell. One thing to remember is this: Most of these vendors need you more than you need them.

Speaking of realestate. Are you looking for something to really sink your teeth into? I got involved in this program called Custom Super Homes because I do know a bit about realestate and this is something that will definitely be around in many years to come. This is quality that will pay huge dividends over time.

How many different lotions, potions and toothpastes can the world really handle. One has to find out what the public wants and then go out and sell / promote that item or service. Not what the so-called gurus will have you believe.
That is why this site was started. It's to compile lists of programs that promote items and services that people will actually buy, use and re-sell for time to come. I don't want just a hot selling item today, I want a RESIDUAL income in 5 years from now. (remember, I'm a bit lazy, I want to work like nature, easy and simple)
